  • Personalized or monogrammed accessories
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Damaged or altered products (unless the damage was caused during shipping)

Return Authorization

We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Ship Your Item

Securely pack the item and ship it to the provided return address.

Processing

Once received, we'll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund & Exchange Options

Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange

If you'd like a different size, color, or style, we'll ship the replacement once the return is received.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Paid Returns

You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item.

Free Return Label

We may provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
