Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the our country:

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries with the estimated delivery times:

• Canada & Mexico: 5-10 business days ($14.99)
• Europe: 7-14 business days ($19.99)
• Asia & Australia: 10-21 business days ($24.99)

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@gentlemansaccessories.com with your order number.

Exchange Policy

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in new condition with original packaging.

If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's less expensive, we'll issue a refund for the difference.

Refund Process

1. Return request approved via email
2. Ship items back to our warehouse (return shipping at customer's expense)
3. Items received and inspected (3-5 business days)
4. Refund processed to original payment method (3-10 business days)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
